    BambooHR / Monday.com 'status = Hired' webhook fires Make.com workflow with new-hire data: name, role, department, manager.

    Google Workspace Admin SDK creates email + calendar + drive. Zoom API creates licensed user. AirCall API creates extension.

    Workspace access
    Slack API adds user to relevant channels (general, role-specific, team) with auto-welcome message. Notion + Pipedrive accounts created with role permissions.

    1Password API generates secure credential bundle and shares it with the new hire's personal email (one-time link).

    Manager receives Slack message: 'Day-1 meeting scheduled at 10:00 with {name}, agenda template attached'.
