    Search Pipedrive by email → if no match, search by phone → if still none, create Person; otherwise update existing record.

    Deal + tag creation
    Create Deal in correct pipeline stage with source label. Push contact to ActiveCampaign with tag like form_ebook_opt_in_submitted.

    Notification
    Slack or Telegram alert to the relevant sales channel: lead name, source, and Pipedrive deep-link.
